Attended Colorado Mountain College 1980 to 1981: Associates Degree in Ski Area Technology.
Studied snowmaking, lift and electrical engineering, meteorology, and all technical aspects of
ski area operations.
Attended California State University Chico 1982 to 1984: Bachelors Degree in Recreation
Administration. Specialized in Resort Management and Operations.
1984 to 1986: Worked as an Audio Visual Technician at Keystone Resort in Colorado. Duties included setting conference rooms for sound, projection and lighting. Also billed clients for
equipment rental.
1986 to 1989: Lead Audio Visual Technician at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Oversaw a four to five man crew setting sound, lights, cameras, and projection. Worked on
several large events including the 15th Anniversary Celebration, stock holder's meetings
and the opening of the Disney Studios.

Multi Image Group

1989 to 1992; Production Technician at Multi Image Group in Boca Raton, Florida. Worked
on many large events mainly at the mixing board. Set up sound, lighting and projection. Also
specialized in Data Projection and building racks. Also did permanent installations in meeting
and classrooms. Won an IBM Assistant Managers Award.
1992 to 2004: Worked as an excavator in Summit County Colorado. Initial job was with Campbell
Excavating in Breckenridge; then Mountain Diggers in Frisco. I also worked for Willemsen
Construction and Westward Hoe. My excavating incarnation culminated with Stanbro Enterprises,
my own excavating company in Fairplay, Colorado.

Tops
Vacuum and Sewing

2005 to 2007: Repaired and sold vacuum cleaners at Tops Vacuum and Sewing in Sarasota
Florida. Responsibilities included troubleshooting, parts ordering, and sales. Also installed and
implemented a computer based point of sale software program.

2007 to present: Founded Stanbro Design, a web design service geared toward small business.
Learned all software necessary for design by taking online software classes. To date Stanbro Design has over 30 sites up and running.

2007 to 2009: Repaired and sold bicycles at Bicycles International in Venice, Florida. Worked on all
types of bicycles and performed all types of service from flat repairs to complete overhauls. Also
installed and implemented a computer based point of sale system.
